Delete your GameLens account
You can permanently delete your GameLens account from the mobile app. Complete the subscription step below before deleting.
1. Cancel store auto-renewal first
Deleting your GameLens account does not cancel a Google Play or Apple subscription. Cancel auto-renewal in the store where you purchased it before deleting your account.
2. Delete your account in GameLens
- Open the GameLens mobile app and sign in.
- Open More, then scroll to Danger zone.
- Choose Delete account, enter your account email, and confirm deletion.
Access and data retention
Canceling auto-renewal normally preserves paid access until the end of the current store billing period. Deleting your GameLens account ends account access immediately and cannot be undone.
Deletion permanently removes your account, chat history, unlock history, and usage data. We may retain limited records only where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute obligations.
Cannot access the mobile app? Request account deletion by email. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.
