This Privacy Policy explains how Loana Holdings, Inc. ("Loana," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use:

  • GameLens (gamelens.ai and related services), and
  • EdgeBook (edgebook.ai and related services),

collectively, the "Services."

By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.


1. Information We Collect

We collect information in three main ways:

1.1 Information You Provide to Us

  • Account Information: name, username, email address, password (hashed), and similar details when you create an account.
  • Profile Information: profile photo, bio, preferences.
  • Content and Communications: Picks, posts, comments, contest entries, messages, and other materials you create or share on EdgeBook and GameLens.
  • Payment Information: billing details and transaction history. Full card details are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Support Communications: information you provide when you contact us with questions, feedback, or support requests.

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically

When you use the Services, we automatically collect certain information such as:

  • Usage Data: pages visited, clicks, search queries, Picks made, contests joined, device events, and engagement with features.
  • Device and Log Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, access times, and referring URLs.
  • Cookies and Similar Technologies: as described in our Cookie Policy, we use cookies, pixels, and local storage to remember your preferences and analyze usage.

1.3 Information From Third Parties

We may receive information from:

  • Authentication providers (e.g., Google, Apple, Facebook) if you sign in via those providers.
  • Payment processors (confirmation of payments, refunds, or disputes).
  • Analytics and service providers (aggregated usage information, error logs, etc.).

2. How We Use Your Information

Operate and provide the Services, including:

  • Managing User accounts;
  • Running GameLens AI models and surfacing outputs;
  • Powering EdgeBook's social features, marketplace, and contests.

Process transactions:

  • Subscriptions, per-pick purchases, tips, contest entry fees, and payouts where applicable.

Display statistics and performance metrics within EdgeBook:

  • Wins, losses, ROI, streaks, and leaderboards.

Communicate with you:

  • Transactional emails (e.g. account, billing, contest updates);
  • Service-related announcements and feature updates;
  • Marketing communications (where permitted by law and your preferences).

Maintain safety, integrity, and compliance:

  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
  • Enforce our Terms, Community Guidelines, and Contest Rules.

Analyze and improve the Services:

  • Evaluate and enhance features, UX, and performance;
  • Develop new models, analytics, and products based on aggregated and anonymized data.

We may aggregate or de-identify data so it can no longer reasonably be linked to a specific individual. We may use and share such aggregated or de-identified data for any lawful purpose.

  • Your publicly posted Picks, comments, and content;
  • Limited performance stats and leaderboard positions (e.g., record, ROI, streaks).

4.3 Professional Advisors and Legal Authorities

We may share information with:

  • Legal, accounting, or other professional advisors;
  • Law enforcement or government authorities if required by law or in connection with legal claims, investigations, or to protect our rights, property, or safety and that of others.

4.4 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable law.

However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
